A regular meeting of the Ocean Grove Homeowners Association was held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 10 am, at the Camp Meeting Community Room at 28 Pilgrim Pathway.
The meeting was called to order at 10:05 am by Barbara Burns, President. She opened the meeting with a prayer followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Guests were welcomed.
- To commemorate the 150th anniversary of Ocean Grove, a one-year free membership to new members to the Homeowners Association who enroll by May 31, 2019, will be given.
- Thanks were received from St. Paul’s pantry for our Holiday donation.
- Dr. Tami Crader, Superintendent of Schools Neptune Township , will be our guest speaker at the Homeowners March 23 meeting.
- NorthEnd – an update will be provided by the Township at a future meeting.
Parking – Joyce Klein reported that the Township is in the process of hiring a parking expert to look at our parking issues and to recommend solutions.
Leanne Hoffman, Director of Engineering & Planning for Neptune Township. She presented a brief personal history followed by a number of updates of potential and ongoing initiatives. Lively discussion followed, which included problems with drainage/flooding and issues with new construction.
Neptune Township Committeeman Rob Lane mentioned a dinner dance to benefit Veterans Park to be held on April 14.
The meeting adjourned at 10:40 am.
