The annual Summer Breakfast meeting of the OGHOA was held on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 9:00am at the Olin Street Firehouse, Ocean Grove.
OPENING
OGHOA President Richard Williams welcomed everyone to the breakfast, led with the Pledge of Allegiance, and gave special thanks to the Ocean Grove Fire Department for making this wonderful space available.
INCUMBENT SPEAKERS
The Annual Summer Breakfast offers our members the opportunity to socialize with each other and to hear from and interact with our Monmouth County elected officials.

- NJ State Assemblywomen Kimberly Eulner and Marilyn Piperno
- Monmouth County Commissioner Director Tom Arnone
This year the Breakfast was a very special event for the OGHOA as we were celebrating our 70th Anniversary. To commemorate the event State Senator Gopal presented a proclamation honoring the OGHOA from the NJ State Senate, and US Congressman Pallone presented a similar proclamation from the US House of Representatives.
